By checking the box below and accepting the terms of this agreement, you agree that the information disclosed by the Company to you, including, without limitation, information regarding corporate goals, strategy, business plans, business opportunities, finances, financial statements, as well as any future disclosures regarding same, will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to outside parties other than legal or financial advisors. The information set forth above shall be referred to collectively in this Agreement as "Confidential Information". The parties agree that they will not disclose, publish or disseminate Confidential Information to anyone, and also agree to take reasonable precautions to prevent any unauthorized use, disclosure, publication or dissemination of Confidential Information. The parties further acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure or use of Confidential Information could cause irreparable harm and significant injury to the Company that may be difficult or impossible to ascertain and which may not be readily quantifiable in terms of monetary damages. Accordingly, the parties agree that the Company will have the right to seek and obtain immediate injunctive relief to enforce obligations under this Agreement in addition to any other rights and remedies it may have.
